Overview

eCommerce Websites for Durban businesses

Selling through Facebook Marketplace or WhatsApp chats works, until it doesn't. Orders get lost between messages, people keep asking the same questions about sizes and delivery, and you end up doing admin at 11 PM. A proper online store takes most of that off your hands.

We set stores up the way South African shoppers expect them to work. Card payments and instant EFT through PayFast, Yoco or Ozow. Delivery rates that make sense for The Courier Guy, Pargo or Aramex. Prices in Rands with VAT shown properly, and product pages that open fast on a phone.

Our team has been building online shops for over a decade, mostly on WooCommerce and Shopify. Because we work remotely from Pakistan, you aren't paying for a Durban agency's overheads. New eCommerce projects are also 20% off our standard rate while the offer runs.

How we do it

Why Durban businesses choose us for online store

01

A checkout that doesn't scare people off

Fewer fields, delivery costs shown early and a guest checkout option. Abandoned carts usually come from surprises at the last step, so we take them out.

02

Local payment options

We connect the gateway that suits your margins: card, instant EFT, SnapScan or Zapper through PayFast, or Yoco if you also sell in person.

03

Delivery rules that fit KZN

Free delivery over a set amount, flat rates per region or collection from your shop in Durban. You decide, and we set it up.

04

Run it from your phone

Add products, change prices and process orders from your phone. We walk you through the admin side before handover.

05

Product pages that sell

Big photos, size guides, stock levels and reviews. These are the details people check before they press buy.

06

Ready for marketing

Facebook pixel, Google Analytics and product feeds for Google Shopping can all be set up, so your ads have something to work with.

eCommerce Websites pricing

Up to 50% lower than the Durban market

Our team of expert freelancers works remotely from Pakistan, so you get the same quality online store work for about half of what local agencies charge. Satisfaction guaranteed: we keep refining until you're happy before you pay the balance.

The process

How your online store project comes together

1
Step 1

Plan the store

We go through your products, payment options and delivery plans, then recommend WooCommerce or Shopify.

2
Step 2

Design and setup

We design the shop pages, connect payments and shipping, and load sample products for you to test.

3
Step 3

Add your catalogue

We import your products from a spreadsheet, or set up the first batch and show you how to add the rest.

4
Step 4

Test orders and launch

We run real test orders on different phones, then switch the store live.

FAQ

eCommerce Websites questions

Still unsure about something? Ask us on WhatsApp. You'll get a straight answer from someone who does this every day.

Ask a question
WooCommerce or Shopify: which is better for me?

Shopify is simpler to run but has a monthly fee in US dollars. WooCommerce runs on normal hosting with no platform fee and gives you more control, though it needs a bit more looking after. After a short chat about your products, we'll tell you which one fits.

Can you connect PayFast?

Yes. PayFast is the gateway we set up most often for South African stores. We also work with Yoco, Ozow, PayPal and Peach Payments.

How many products can you upload?

As many as you need. Send a spreadsheet and photos and we'll import them. For big catalogues we set up a bulk import, so you can update prices and stock in one go.

What does the 20% discount cover?

It applies to the build fee for new eCommerce stores booked while the offer is on. It doesn't cover third-party costs like hosting, paid plugins or Shopify fees. We'll confirm it in writing in your quote.

Will you help after launch?

Yes. Most questions come up in the first few weeks, so support for that period is included. We also offer monthly plans for updates, backups and new features.
